We all know that people power businesses, and if there isn't employee buy-in at every level, information governance initiatives will stall before they even begin. That’s why it is so important for professionals in this field to understand the people at their organization when trying to implement programs and initiatives.

Susan has her Masters in Technology Management from Brandeis University, as well as a variety of certifications, including Certified Records Manager (CRM), Certified Information Governance Officer (CIGO), Information Governance Professional (IGP), and Certified Information Professional (CIP). She is an active member of ARMA International and currently holds the office of Executive Vice President for the New England Chapter.
