Cassidy](https://jasonwdcassidy.com/blog/author/jason-w-d-cassidy) Sep 09, 2021     What does it take to roll out a vaccine during a global pandemic? How can executives foster a rich culture with a diversity of opinions? What is radical transparency and why does it matter? These were some of the questions Host and Shinydocs CEO Jason Cassidy asked Iain Klugman during their interview for this week’s episode of Enterprise Intelligence for Innovators.  About Iain Klugman  Iain Klugman is perhaps best known as the former President and CEO of Communitech in Waterloo Region — Canada’s hottest technology cluster. Under his leadership, Communitech became one of North America’s leading tech-enabling organisations, supporting the growth of more than 1,000 small, mid-sized and large technology companies. He believes passionately in the power of the entrepreneur-driven economy, and its ability to deliver big results for Canada. Today, Iain maintains close ties with Communitech in his role as the Advisor to the CEO of Communitech and also serves as Strategic Advisor to Health Canada, playing a significant role with the latter in the rollout of vaccines amidst the COVID-19 global pandemic. **Tags:** [EI,](https://jasonwdcassidy.com/blog/tag/ei) [Podcast](https://jasonwdcassidy.com/blog/tag/podcast) ![Jason W.
